Celebrate New Year's Eve with Chef Amy Brandwein’s special tasting menu and optional wine pairing in Centrolina's Chef's Salon with an adjacent showcase kitchen! Chef Amy will cook, in front of your eyes, her favorite dishes created for Centrolina’s 2024 collaboration dinners. Reservations are available at 5 pm and 8:30 pm. $150 per person plus drinks. Limited seats are available.
