Authentic, regional Italian cooking and seasonal availability is the inspiration for Chef Amy Brandwein’s menu at Centrolina.

The Osteria features a frequently-rotating menu, comprised of traditional Italian categories such as antipasti, pasta, a lenga (from the terracotta-clad wood oven), contorni (side dishes) and dolce. Guided by seasonally inspired dishes, Chef Brandwein aims to maintain a sense of interconnectedness between her kitchen and Centrolina’s retail wing.

Our wine list features regional and international purveyors, with a focus on Italian wines from up-and-coming regions. She is passionate about featuring unique grape varietals on Centrolina’s menu, with most selections coming from classic and modern producers.

Mercato

Centrolina’s market reflects Chef Brandwein’s own experiences with Italian cooking and contains the authentic products and produce that she loves and cooks with. The Mercato sells dried pasta from various Italian regions, as well as fresh pasta and sauces from the Centrolina kitchen. The dairy and produce sections are stocked with goods from farmers and artisans located in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New York. Italian specialty items include anchovies, olives, vinegar, olive oil, salumi, and sweets. Wine and craft beer is also available for sale.

Pick-up and delivery is available.
